Amount: €700. SEAI are offering grants of €700 to everyone upgrading their heating controls along with the gas boiler. To receive this grant, you need to also upgrade your central heating controls and we can easily perform all this for you in a day or two.
How much? €700 Who can apply? All homeowners, including landlords, whose homes were built and occupied before 2006 can apply. Homes built from 2006 onwards should have been constructed to the 2003 Building Regulations and should not need significant upgrades.
